Job Duties:  

As the EHS Manager in Projects (EMiP), you will manage the Project Health Safety & Environment (PHSE) requirements across offshore project phases including planning, pre-assembly, installation, and commissioning. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the project organization in ensuring EHS compliance with legal, client, and contractual requirements.
• Acting as the Project Manager's advisor on EHS matters and communicating critical EHS issues to the back-office EHS line management.
• Managing and coordinating EHS Advisors designated to the project and ensuring project safety and compliance during all phases.
• Preparing necessary EHS project documentation to comply with internal, client, and statutory requirements.
• Conducting on-site visits and inspections in cooperation with EHS Advisors to ensure the safety of all personnel.

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 5/6 EHS qualification (or enrolled).
• Experience in people management and EHS within a power service or heavily regulated industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide pragmatic EHS guidance.
• Experience with regulatory bodies is an advantage.
• Full UK/EU driving license and willingness to travel globally.
