Job Description

Job Title: Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis. Location: Chicago, IL. Summer 2025 Internship.

Duration: June – August, lasting 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the financial close process for transactions (bank activities, collateral replacement, impact on financial statements).  
• Contribute to cash management strategies & daily forecasting activities.  
• Analyze bank fees across multiple banks.  
• Assist with FBAR activities.  
• Support daily investment & foreign exchange transactions.  
• Conduct analysis of key business drivers & metrics, providing recommendations.  
• Assist with monthly & quarterly reporting on operational & financial metrics.  
• Help prepare & review the company-wide budget vs. actual performance.  
• Lead a process improvement project during the internship.  
• Provide support for ad hoc requirements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree program, expecting to graduate between December 2025 & Summer 2026.  
• Major in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.  
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.  
• - Demonstrated interest in the renewable or clean energy sector.
