Job Duties:

• Oversee & manage equipment during shift operations.  
• Ensure the smooth operation of solar panel production machinery.  
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment & troubleshoot issues.  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.  
• Ensure compliance with safety & environmental regulations.  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.  
• 3+ years of experience in equipment engineering, preferably in renewable energy or manufacturing.  
• Strong troubleshooting skills & knowledge of solar panel production equipment.  
• Ability to work in shifts, ensuring production continuity.  
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
