Technical Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

Job Description

You’ll join the Technical Site Support team, collaborating with colleagues to identify and resolve technical issues across our operational assets. Your role involves implementing practical solutions using available tools. As a team, we maintain effective processes and communication with OEMs and various business functions across multiple sites and regions.

Responsibilities:

Serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries regarding wind turbines on our wind farms.

Assisting in planning and executing maintenance work and technical projects for wind turbines.

Conducting error analyses and defining measures to optimize turbine yield.

Ensuring compliance with OEM service contracts for maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization, while driving continuous improvement through OEM coordination.

Participating in technical forums to exchange knowledge with other site supervisors and specialist departments.

To excel in this role, you should:

Hold a degree in technical, electrical, engineering, or mechanical fields, with substantial relevant experience.

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.

Possess several years of offshore wind sector experience, including hands-on experience with SGRE DD WTGs.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Computerized Maintenance Management Tools (CMMS).

Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
