Job Title: Sales Manager Power Electronics, Germany (m/f/d). Type: Permanent, Full-time. Location: Remote or Munich (hybrid working system)

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive sales of solar inverters and residential storage in Germany.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts in the Power Electronics segment.
• Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships through site visits.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and customer events.
• Knowledge of Power Electronics product portfolios and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare quotes.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Technical Service Teams.
• Monitor the market and provide reliable forecasts.
• Interface with order processing on supply, delivery, and payments.

Competencies and Qualifications:

• Proactive and results-driven with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with various organizational levels, including executives.
• Fluent in English and German.  
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Preferred engineering degree or business administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in the solar business, particularly in Power Electronics.
• Technical skills in inverters and energy storage solutions.
• Experience with value selling and account penetration strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
• Willingness to travel (~25%).
