Digital Development and Engagement Specialist – Environment. AECOM is seeking a **Digital Development and Engagement Specialist** to support its Environment Business Line by fostering global collaboration, driving innovation, and developing automated workflows. You’ll work with both domestic and international project teams, using digital solutions to streamline processes and enhance team engagement. This is a **full-time** role for candidates passionate about technology, innovation, and environmental sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with domestic project teams and global Enterprise Capabilities teams to enhance workflows and support digital tool adoption.
• Develop and implement digital solutions for automation and reporting to improve project efficiency.
• Use your communication and problem-solving skills to connect teams and drive innovation.
• Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and challenge the status quo.
• Provide training and mentorship on new systems and digital tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in environmental/earth sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in environmental or earth sciences, engineering, or related fields
