Development Manager

Job Description

As Manager, you will lead our renewables development team, focusing on onshore wind, solar, and battery storage projects.

Responsibilities:

Grow our UK onshore renewables pipeline and develop new opportunities.

Assess site development potential, manage EIA and planning submissions.

Lead projects from conception to financial close, including budgeting and reporting.

Coordinate external consultants and stakeholder consultations.

Stay updated on planning processes, regulations, and policies.

Engage with internal teams like engineering, finance, and legal.

Contribute to financial models and investment appraisals.

Required Experience:

7+ years in renewables development or related fields.

Strong grasp of development processes, regulations, and industry relationships.

Commercial acumen; GIS experience is advantageous.

Relevant degree (undergraduate/postgraduate).
