EHS Supervisor

Job Description

Responsible for directing occupational safety, environmental management, and security at our Mesquite plant, providing EHS expertise and strategic leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Develops EHS procedures compliant with federal, state, and local laws.

Manages environmental projects including site assessments and remediation.

Conducts land assessments and field sample collections.

Investigates and compiles reports on environmental complaints.

Plans pollution control and waste treatment.

Facilitates HSE hazard identification and risk assessments.

Develops safety training programs and conducts compliance reviews.

Manages internal and external EHS audits and communicates with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Experience:

University degree in safety engineering or environmental studies.

Minimum 8 years of progressive EHS experience, ideally with supervisory roles.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
