Job Description

Job Title: Operations Support Manager - ENGIE Retail. Location: Freshwater Place offices, Southbank (Hybrid). As the Operations Support Manager at ENGIE Retail, you'll oversee a small team supporting our business operations. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, support strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth system and data flow between channel partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & prioritize work for the Operations Support Team  
• Govern the operational resilience framework  
• Coordinate price changes & new offer launches with channel partners  
• Troubleshoot system and data flow issues  
• Drive continuous process improvements  
• Support financial, contract management & business reporting
