ReNew is seeking a PCB Repair & Testing Engineer to support its wind and solar projects. This role involves inspecting, repairing, and testing PCBs and power stacks, developing in-house testing equipment, and maintaining records of repair and testing feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct visual inspections of incoming damaged PCBs.
•  Repair and test PCBs and power stacks from various OEMs across all wind and solar sites.
•  Develop in-house test jigs for PCB functional testing.
•  Perform Gerber validation of development PCBs.
•  Maintain records of repair reports and site testing feedback.
•  Check inward and outward materials and prepare documentation in collaboration with the SCM team.
•  Provide training to site teams on PCB check points.

Qualifications:

•  Experience in visual inspection, repairing, and testing PCBs and power stacks.
•  Knowledge of PCB functional testing and Gerber validation.
•  Ability to develop and use test jigs for PCB testing.
•  Strong record-keeping skills for repair and testing documentation.
•  Ability to prepare detailed reports and provide training effectively.
•  Experience with inward and outward material checks and documentation.
•  Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration with site teams.
