Job Description

Responsibilities:  

• Manage equipment PM work orders & assign PM tasks to team leads.  
• Oversee technician training schedules & maintain records.  
• Organize spare parts stocks, record inventory transactions & analyze consumption, maintenance cost.  
• Monitor machine downtime & operation costs.  
• Support machine-related procedures, work instructions, & tooling, including instrument calibration.  
• Repair small tools, label printers, & HMI and computer hardware on production lines.  
• Manage technician schedules, assign jobs, & communicate with team leaders.  
• Ensure adherence to company policies & ethical standards.  
• Comply with health & safety rules.  
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

• Technical or business Degree/Diploma with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.  
• Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, & pneumatic parts.  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMMS, & inventory management.  
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.  
• Working knowledge of MS Access, Visio, or AutoCAD is an asset.  
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, & numeric precision.
