Job Description

Job Title: O&M Area Manager - Wind/Photovoltaic. Location: Berlin, Germany. We are seeking a full-time O&M Area Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and management of wind farms and photovoltaic (PV) plants. This role involves coordinating and supervising activities related to high, medium, and low voltage installations, ensuring compliance with environmental certifications, and managing contracts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control, coordinate, and supervise operations for wind farms and PV plants, including HV, MV, and LV installations.
• Plan and manage both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental certifications and manage associated actions.
• Oversee and execute contracts and services according to agreed terms.
• Collaborate on budget proposals for expenses and production.
• Supervise commissioning of wind farms and PV plants and their facilities.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the Standardization Program and quality standards.

Skills and Qualification:

• Familiarity with equipment and elements in wind farms, PV plants, and various voltage installations.
• Understanding of electrical energy generation and distribution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and equipment plans.
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanics).
• At least five years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in German and English; Spanish is recommended.
• Proficiency in computing (Word, Excel, Windows).
