Manager - Transmission Line

Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Transmission Line Tower Design. Location: Gurugram, IN.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop & modify designs for transmission line towers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards & regulations.  
• Perform structural analysis using software tools (e.g., PLS Tower) to assess load conditions & material requirements.  
• Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, & stakeholders to integrate design with overall project objectives.  
• Attend project meetings to provide technical expertise & design updates.  
• Prepare detailed design documents, including calculations, specifications, & design reports.  
• Maintain accurate records of design revisions & updates.  
• Review & inspect design work to ensure quality & adherence to industry standards.  
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing design-related issues.  
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, & best practices in transmission line design.  
• Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions & methodologies.  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.  
• 10-12 years of experience in transmission line tower design.  
• Proficient in design & structural analysis software like PLS Tower.  
• Strong collaboration & documentation skills.
