Job Description
Job Title: Office Manager (Part-Time). Location: George Street, Edinburgh, UK. Invenergy’s UK office in Edinburgh, established in June 2022, is expanding and seeks a part-time Office Manager. This role involves providing daily administrative support, managing office operations, and fostering relationships across Invenergy’s global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams such as Accounts Payable, Finance, and Legal.
- Event Management: Schedule and organize events and attendees.
- Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices.
- Travel Arrangements: Oversee travel logistics for the team.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve operational and administrative issues.
- Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage regular team meetings.
- Technology Utilization: Prepare and edit presentations and reports, and maintain electronic records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; willingness to learn company IT systems.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Skilled in influencing and tactful communication across the organization.
- Professionalism: Calm under pressure, professional interactions, high confidentiality.
- Reliability: Self-directed, reliable, with a proven track record in handling time-sensitive issues.
