Offshore Technical Sales Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Technical Sales Manager. Locations: TW-Taipei, NL-The Hague. At Siemens Gamesa, we are shaping the future of green energy and are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead offshore wind farm projects during the sales phase. You will play a key role in advancing our mission to make sustainable energy a reality.

Duties:

• Lead the technical sales project team from bid preparation to contract signing & handover.  
• Develop and define technical solutions in collaboration with clients, sales teams, and in-house experts.  
• Lead negotiations for technical requirements of Turbine Supply Agreements.  
• Plan sales projects, including design, bid preparation, and technical due diligence.  
• Review and assess client tenders and contracts, identifying technical risks and deviations.  
• Provide cost inputs for technical solutions, including SCADA, tower quotations, and other features.  
• Report project status to the Sales Project Manager and align with various internal departments.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. (preferably M.Sc.) in Engineering or a related field with solid business acumen.  
• Several years of experience in the Wind Turbine industry, with exposure to R&D, project management, or sales.  
• Expertise in offshore construction projects and contract negotiations.  
• Excellent communication & people management skills, and fluency in English.
