Job Description

Job Title: Graduate for Onshore Project Development. Location: Edinburgh, UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing new greenfield opportunities for onshore wind and solar developments across the UK, ensuring commercial viability.
• Supporting the negotiation and completion of land agreements required as part of an onshore development.
• Assisting in the project management of a wide range of disciplines to deliver projects through the development process.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the differing planning and consenting regimes across England and Scotland and assisting in the consenting of projects.
• Supporting the screening and evaluating of investment opportunities in the onshore market through financial modelling and market research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, sciences, planning, or similar completed by 1 September 2025.
• Maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience (master’s) OR 1-2 years (bachelor’s) by 1 September 2025.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a changeable environment.
• Clear and concise communication skills for complex material.
• Motivation to solve technical challenges individually and as part of a team.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
