Lead Project Planner

Job Description

Join our Project Scope, Planning, and Integration team, where you'll support Ørsted’s global offshore wind projects across key project management disciplines: integration, scope, schedule, and resources. As part of a highly skilled team, you’ll use optimized methods and tools, collaborating with colleagues across countries and time zones. Your Role:

• Lead time and human resources planning, manage schedules, and perform schedule analyses.
• Collaborate with other project control functions for integrated progress overviews.
• Delegate planning tasks and ensure high-quality integrated schedules.
• Update progress on activities and resources, and communicate performance and forecasts.
• Support management decisions with your insights and expertise.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience with planning large-scale EPC projects, ideally in the offshore industry, and knowledge equivalent to PMI-SP.
• Experience in delegating and leading, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, structured, and analytical with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex matters.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
