Job Title: Senior HSE Manager

Job Duties:

• Responsible for providing the necessary HSE expertise to ensure projects comply with applicable working environment and environmental legislation.
• Contribute to the development of QHSE tools used in projects.
• Conduct HSE screening and analysis of projects and participate in procurement processes for tender material preparation and bid evaluation.
• Monitor HSE activities during the construction phase and ensure projects meet our objectives in this area.
• Plan and participate in both internal and external HSE audits and ensure the involvement of all HSE stakeholders in accordance with applicable legislation, including authorities.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education as an engineer or equivalent, supplemented by an auditor qualification in occupational health and safety (OHSAS18001/ISO45001).
• Extensive experience in safety work from larger construction projects, preferably in the power plant or process industry, with in-depth knowledge of applicable Danish occupational health and safety legislation.
• Ability to understand and manage various technical, economic, and temporal aspects of projects from an HSE perspective.
• Independent, responsible, proactive, and result-oriented approach to work, with a knack for building and maintaining a strong network both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in Danish and English, as we operate under Danish law and collaborate closely with foreign suppliers.
