Job Description

Job Title: Global Product Manager. Location: Vellinge, Sweden.Company: Hydrotech/Veolia Water Technologies AB. Join Hydrotech as a Global Product Manager and lead the growth and profitability of our product line. This role involves managing the product roadmap, developing revenue growth strategies, and driving competitive positioning globally.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Define and monitor product KPIs.
•   Analyze market trends and customer feedback (Voice of Customer) to refine product pipeline.
•   Develop and execute the product roadmap, including new product introductions and expansions.
•   Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on launch plans and training programs.
•   Maintain connections with customers to understand market drivers and competitiveness.
•   Work with supply chain and technology teams to improve product quality.
•   Manage product line portfolio in cooperation with the Development Manager and Sales team.
•   Develop pricing strategies and manage product costs.
•   Track material costs, revenue, and margins to meet profitability targets.
•   Implement regular price adjustments and manage exceptions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Several years in product management, ideally in water and wastewater sectors.
• Skills: Strong initiative, goal-oriented, with a blend of customer contact and technology focus.
• Knowledge: Understanding of technology with the ability to create and execute strategies.
• Global Experience: Experience with global customers and competition in a matrix environment.
• Communication: Ability to lead projects and engage with diverse teams.
