Legal Litigation Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Legal Litigation Manager. Location: India. As a Legal Litigation Manager in the Regulatory, Disputes, and Litigation division at ReNew's corporate office in Gurugram, you will provide legal support, manage litigation, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure business interests.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.  
• Advise business verticals on contracts, regulatory issues, land disputes, and compliance.  
• Simplify complex legal matters for business-friendly solutions within a legal framework.  
• Draft dispute notices, claim letters, and responses for project agreements (Supply, O&M, Erection, etc.).  
• Assess and advise on risks related to tenders and bids for renewable energy projects.  
• Maintain and update a Master Information System (MIS) for ongoing litigations.  
• Engage with external counsels for litigation and coordinate legal audits and diligence.  

Qualifications & Skills:  

• Experience in litigation, especially in infrastructure or renewable energy.  
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.  
• Willingness to travel for court hearings, client meetings, and project site visits.
