Job Opportunity: Contract & Sourcing Manager – Offshore Wind Farms & Transmission Assets

Join us as a Contract & Sourcing Manager, where you'll manage key supplier contracts related to offshore wind farms and transmission assets. This role involves handling post-contract-award activities, including claims, negotiations, variation orders, and performance monitoring. You'll also engage in sourcing initiatives, contributing to the renewable energy transition in a dynamic international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain value-creating relationships with suppliers.
• Contract Claims & Variations: Handle, negotiate, and settle contract claims and variations.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure contractual requirements are met, manage risks, and seek commercial optimization opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on contract KPIs, deliverables, obligations, and milestones.
• Feedback Integration: Provide insights to category and sourcing managers for future contract improvements.
• Sourcing Management: Conduct sourcing activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Relevant experience in contract management or procurement for large projects or operational assets.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate high-value claims.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong focus on preserving contract value with attention to detail.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Skilled in managing relationships and resolving conflicts.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Efficient, proactive, and structured in developing assessments and recommendations.
