Job Title: Research & Development Graduate Engineer. Locations: Keele, Sheffield, Glasgow - Argyle, UK. Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid. Responsibilities:

• Engage in structured placements across departments to gain hands-on experience.
• Work on system engineering, design, and integration projects for renewable energy solutions.
• Contribute to research on emerging technologies and evaluate technical solutions.
• Develop and validate control systems, software, and hardware for wind turbines.
• Liaise with suppliers, prepare technical specifications, and perform laboratory and field validation.
• Collaborate with UK-based R&D teams and international colleagues on diverse projects.

Qualifications:

• A minimum 2:1 degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences.
• Passion for renewable energy and research.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for practical problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel and work on wind turbine sites.
• Flexibility to work in Keele, Glasgow, or Sheffield under a hybrid working policy.
