Team Lead - Environment

Job Description

In this role of Team Lead - Environment, you'll be part of a dynamic Environment team in Darwin, working with experts in Remediation, EIA, Air Quality, GIS, Ecology, Sustainability, and Stakeholder Engagement. You'll contribute to projects across Northern Territory, Queensland, and globally, all while enjoying Darwin's vibrant lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Documentation: Prepare and review reports, proposals, tender documents, and correspondence.
• Team Leadership: Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff development and manage performance.
• Business Development: Lead business development efforts to ensure project excellence.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in generalist roles with broad Impact Assessment exposure.
• Leadership: Interest in leading a team and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects and achieving goals.
• Market Sectors: Experience across diverse market sectors, addressing environmental challenges.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
