Area Manager Onshore O&M

Job Description

Job Title: Area Manager Onshore O&M. Location: France, Puteaux

Responsibilities:

• Oversee & optimize the performance of wind farms & photovoltaic plants, including High Voltage (HV) & Low Voltage (LV) installations.
• Supervise maintenance activities (corrective & preventive) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Address operational emergencies & ensure safe plant functionality.
• Maintain relationships with telecom equipment providers & other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICPE environmental regulations.

Management Functions:

• Monitor & enforce compliance with service contracts & material standards.
• Collaborate on budget proposals & manage production-related expenses.
• Track asset production, availability, & other KPIs, taking necessary action to meet objectives.
• Conduct economic oversight to control budgets effectively;

General Functions:

• Manage technical evaluations for tenders & framework agreements for maintenance projects.
• Oversee subcontractors engaged in O&M activities;
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, & environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical, Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering, or Energy-related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy or finance sector.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, & open-mindedness;
• Fluency in French & English (Spanish is a plus).
