Area Supervisor

Job Description

As an Area Supervisor in Ireland, you'll lead & support Field Supervisors & technicians, reporting directly to the Area Manager. You'll collaborate with the customer service team & internal planning functions to meet objectives & KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure performance of the operations team in the area.
• Lead a team of Field Supervisors, managing operations.
• Uphold safety standards & processes.
• Ensure the team follows up on technicians' performance to meet Vestas' business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics within a similar industry.
• Ideally, experience in the wind industry in a similar role (not required).
• Experience managing Health, Safety, & Quality in detail.
• Degree qualified with experience in operational management, improving business performance.
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize & adapt to business needs.
• Highly developed communication skills, clear & consistent messaging internally within Vestas.
