Job Description
Job Title: Associate - Learning & Development (Contract). Location: Gurgaon, HR, India
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing training plans, scheduling programs, & ensuring execution while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Manage communication with participants & trainers regarding nominations, travel, & attendance confirmations;
- Maintain & update training program trackers, budgets, compliance records, & attendance reports;
- Create training reports, dashboards, & presentations for management review.;
- Oversee new hire induction programs, including agenda facilitation, coordination with facilitators & internal teams, and attendance tracking.
- Support vendor registration by obtaining approvals, reviewing documents, & processing invoices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR operations;
- Strong organizational, communication, & stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint;
- Ability to multitask & manage multiple programs simultaneously.
