Associate Product Manager Power Electronics

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Power Electronics team in EMEA. This position can be hybrid (based in Munich) or fully remote within Germany.

Main Responsibilities:

Support EMEA Product Manager with market research and competitive analysis in the household energy storage industry.

Align market research findings with the EMEA Product Management and Sales teams, and communicate outcomes to the R&D team in China.

Assist in managing and promoting new product development and market introduction.

Ensure alignment between EMEA Tech Team and Chinese R&D/Product teams.

Prepare documentation for household energy storage.

Languages:

Fluent in Chinese and English

Other languages are a plus

Location:

Hybrid from Munich (Radlkofer Straße 2, 81373)

Remote in Germany

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering

Experience in energy storage, lithium battery, photovoltaic, or inverter products

Familiarity with products for overseas markets, product standards, and cultural differences

Experience working in a product platform
