Job Description

Assistant Project Manager – Infrastructure. Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical leads and project coordinators across multiple locations.
  • Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration for efficient project delivery.
  • Organize meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met;
  • Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements;
  • Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects, such as roads or railways;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.

Preferred:

  • Experience in infrastructure project planning and management;
  • Knowledge of contract documents and procurement processes, especially AB04;
  • Experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) or municipal clients.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
