Job Description
Assistant Project Manager – Infrastructure. Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical leads and project coordinators across multiple locations.
- Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration for efficient project delivery.
- Organize meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met;
- Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements;
- Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects, such as roads or railways;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience in infrastructure project planning and management;
- Knowledge of contract documents and procurement processes, especially AB04;
- Experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) or municipal clients.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
