Blades Technician

Job Description

Join our team to focus on blade and main component repairs up tower. Gain hands-on experience in blade maintenance and repair processes within the wind energy sector.

Responsibilities:

Monitor blade maintenance processes and inspect blades for operational status.

Handle administrative tasks, including reporting on hours, conditions, and operations.

Follow safety rules and quality procedures for blade maintenance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulatory standards.

Perform on-site repairs with technical expertise and adherence to internal procedures.

Qualifications:

BTEC Higher National Diploma or BTS/DUT in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. BZEE certification is a plus.

Degree or experience as a composite material technician or wind turbine maintenance technician.

Proficiency in technical English and familiarity with Office tools.

Competencies:

Experience with composite materials and wind turbines (Vestas or other brands).

Comfort working in confined spaces and at heights over 100 meters.

Ability to work remotely in a turbine with limited supervision and as part of a team.
