BMS Designer

Job Description

Job Title: BMS Designer (m/w/d). Location: Berlin, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Plan & design MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) systems for sustainable buildings.
• Develop innovative & energy-efficient automation solutions for new constructions & renovations.
• Create control schematics & data point lists following DIN EN ISO 16484;
• Evaluate building automation designs & ensure compliance with HOAI regulations;
• Coordinate with clients, architects, & contractors throughout project phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Building Automation, Automation Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in building automation, measurement & control technology (MSR), and VDI 3814.
• Proficiency in TRIC software (preferred);
• Strong knowledge of VOB & HOAI regulations;
• Fluency in German & English.
