Business Developer - Thermal Soil

Business Developer with a Technical and Commercial Mind-Set, Thermal Soil Remediation, Global Engineering. Location: Søborg, Denmark. Type: Full-time

There is an increasing demand for soil remediation due to past “best practices.” One great method is our in-situ thermal soil remediation technology that removes chemical contaminants from soil & groundwater without excavation. We are looking for a business developer to join our expert team within soil remediation, ensuring our expertise and technology are fully utilized for projects primarily in Scandinavia and across Europe. You will be part of a team of 10-15 colleagues, primarily focusing on soil remediation and based at our headquarters in Søborg, Denmark.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively explore the market to find new and relevant opportunities through technical networks, conferences, collaboration partners, and tender portals.
• Mature opportunities until they turn into signed contracts. The process from lead to contract typically takes 4 years.
• Position our technology by illustrating our expertise with consultancy assistance, laboratory tests, or pilot tests.
• Give regular updates on sales leads via meetings and SalesForce.

Qualifications:

• A technical and commercial mindset, with an ability to understand customer challenges and position our technical solution effectively.
• Ability to highlight quality and credibility while the customer focuses on price.
• Experience in soil remediation is an advantage but not required—your commercial mindset and collaborative drive are key.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
