Job Title: Engineer Technical Support, Power Electronics, UK (m/f/d). Type: Permanent, Full-time. Location: Remote from the UK

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support & be the 1st level contact for technical queries.
• Conduct customer presentations, training sessions, webinars, & events.
• Offer PV project design & proposal support using tools like PVSyst.
• Collaborate with sales to clarify technical terms in contract negotiations.
• Develop technical sales tools & documentation with Product Management.
• Create product training materials for customers & installers.
• Provide hands-on support for PV+Storage system design & installation.

Competencies and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, planning, & communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with system design & PV installations is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.  
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or product management in the PV or energy storage sector.
• Valid driver's license required.
