Join TRACTEBEL as a Civil Engineer (m/f/d) Contract Specialist Hydropower

Join our dynamic team at TRACTEBEL in Bad Vilbel (Rhein Main area), Germany, or one of our global project offices. We specialize in hydropower and water resource projects, offering consultancy services worldwide. We’re seeking Junior, Senior, and Expert Contract Specialists to enhance our team.

Responsibilities:

Preparation & Compilation: Prepare and compile prequalification and tender documentation for hydropower, dam, and major water resource projects. This includes working with FIDIC standard conditions of contract (Red Book, Yellow Book, Silver Book, Pink Book, Emerald Book, Gold Book, Green Book).

Support During Tendering: Assist the Employer during tendering, evaluation, and negotiations.

Contract Management: Handle contract matters, including variations, claims, and representation in adjudication and arbitration.

Construction Scheduling: Support construction scheduling, analyze delay and disruption claims, and determine extensions of time.

Technical Offers & Project Management: Prepare technical offers for engineering services, support contract negotiations, and assist in project management.

Training & Development: Engage in training presentations, workshops, and specialist training in construction law.
