Civil Project Manager - Renewable Energy

Job Description

Langan seeks a Civil Project Engineer/Manager specializing in Renewable Energy to join our national practice. This role focuses on feasibility assessments, design, permitting, and client management for renewable energy projects. As part of our growing Renewable Energy practice, you'll drive Langan’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

Lead planning, design, and permitting of renewable energy projects.

Design site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion control from concept through completion.

Develop new clients and maintain relationships.

Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance.

Prepare reports including feasibility studies, stormwater management, technical specifications.

Provide expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, SWPPP preparation, and water quality compliance.

Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and staff utilization.

Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.

PE license required.

6+ years in renewable site/civil land development.

Strong client development and management skills.

Expertise in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Langan offers comprehensive benefits and a base salary range of $80,000 - $124,000. We promote inclusivity and respect diversity, fostering a positive work environment.
