Job Title: (Senior) Consent Manager - Offshore Wind. Job Location: Amsterdam, NH, Netherlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Consenting Strategy: Analyze consenting requirements, risks, & opportunities to support project selection & bid preparation.
• Obtain Consent: Ensure timely application for & receipt of necessary permits while understanding applicable laws & regulations.
• Enable Consent Compliance: Actively manage permit requirements, collaborate with teams to ensure compliance, & engage with permitting authorities.
• Steer Consent: Monitor regulatory developments & contribute to shaping policies directly or through industry associations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in renewable energy, environmental science, sustainability, spatial planning, public administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of offshore environmental & spatial planning regulations.
• 3-5 years of experience in permit management for offshore wind projects or similar large infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management skills with excellent communication in Dutch (native or near-native) & English.
