Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative. Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom. Join our Connection Services Team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll support customers through the connections process, providing administrative support & ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls & emails.
- Register customer applications for connections work, including the CIC & acceptance process.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on design quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with post-quotation payments & acceptance processes.
- Maintain accurate records using registration systems & work with capacity records.
- Perform daily reporting activities & support the complaints process.
Qualification:
- Previous customer service experience, especially handling calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills & a passion for helping others.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs & escalate issues when necessary.
- Detail-oriented & capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
