Deputy Manager - Site Quality

Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Manager - Site Quality. ReNew is one of the leading renewable energy companies globally, listed on Nasdaq as RNW. Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure installations align with approved Field Quality Plans (FQP).
2. Supervise and monitor quality work at the project site, revising FQAPs and checklists as needed.
3. Maintain quality standards through supervision of engineers and Third-Party Agencies (TPAs).
4. Minimize Non-Conformities (NCs) and ensure prompt closure with verification of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
5. Deliver job-specific training at the site to enhance quality compliance.
6. Audit fieldwork and material received at the site to ensure adherence to quality standards.
7. Utilize knowledge of solar/power installation standards, testing, and commissioning practices.
8. Prepare and implement Field Quality Plans (FQPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
9. Leverage expertise in civil, DC, and AC erection and testing.
10. Apply ISO 9001 quality management system standards effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of solar/power installation standards and practices.
• Proficient in preparing and implementing FQPs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Knowledge of civil, DC, and AC erection, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience in auditing and quality training.
