Job Description

Job Title: Office Manager/Executive Assistant to Country Manager - Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the Country Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative support, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively. You’ll liaise with key stakeholders and maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage logistics for meetings, ensuring timely provision of information and briefings.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate minutes of meetings, track action items, and produce reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Communication Management: Monitor and follow up on emails; prepare and edit internal and external communications.
  • Travel & Resources: Coordinate travel arrangements, organizational resources, and internal/external meetings.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work with internal functions to ensure task execution and manage business information effectively.

Selection Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes: High level of confidentiality, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective calendar and time management.
