Job Description

Job Title: Engineer ECM - Blades. Location: Chennai, TN, India

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design & process updates through Change Management and PTC Windchill.
• Deliver scalable and technical solutions in collaboration with full-stack engineering teams.
• Manage the end-to-end engineering change process to continuously improve product and process efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage multiple tasks, adapting to shifting business priorities.
• Use data analytics tools like Power BI to collect metrics for informed decision-making;
• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in change management;
• Familiarity with Change Management/PLM tools (Windchill, SAP, Power BI).
• Experience in managing day-to-day tasks and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Self-driven with minimal supervision required;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
