Job Description
Provide advanced technical/engineering problem-solving support for nuclear plant operations, acting as a resource and technical expert to engineers. Make technical decisions and apply detailed knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
Primary Duties:
Develop, manage, and implement engineering analysis and programs.
Offer technical expertise to resolve equipment and system issues.
Lead engineering tasks and ensure adherence to design criteria, procedures, and codes.
Conduct independent research, reviews, and analyses for technical projects.
Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and comply with regulations.
Levels & Salary:
Mid-Level (E02):
Salary: $88,000 - $108,000
B.S. in Engineering & 2+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience
Senior Level (E03):
Salary: $115,000 - $141,000
B.S. in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer & 5+ years of engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in transmission, distribution, or protective relaying
Knowledge of High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnects, digital protective relays (e.g., SEL products)
Familiarity with ETAP and EMTP software
Professional Engineer Registration
Advanced technical degree or related coursework
