Engineer - Process Controls

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop & review process control documents, including P&IDs, control narratives, valve sequence charts, & functional design specifications.
• Design & implement process automation systems using PLC or DCS for water & wastewater treatment;
• Ensure seamless integration of process controls for treatment equipment like clarifiers, filters, RO, UF, EDI, & MBR.
• Prepare IO lists & network architecture for small- & medium-scale projects;
• Apply programming fundamentals for process automation, including control loop theory & instrumentation/device I/O design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in water, wastewater, power, oil & gas, or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with process automation & control systems;
• Strong understanding of process engineering documents & automation fundamentals.
