Environmental Health & Safety Field Manager

Job Description

The EHS Field Manager provides leadership in communicating business goals and overseeing the EHS program in the East region.

Key Responsibilities:

Leads a team, sets goals, monitors performance, and fosters development.

Aligns EHS objectives with organizational goals across departments.

Ensures a strong EHS culture and compliance with regulations and standards.

Identifies and addresses emerging EHS issues and implements strategies.

Develops and delivers EHS training programs and oversees incident reporting.

Conducts audits, inspections, and incident investigations to maintain compliance.

Acts as the primary EHS contact for NAM East Field and supports customer inquiries.

Manages special projects and audits internal programs.

Qualifications:

Strong background in health and safety leadership.

Effective communicator and influencer across teams.

Adaptable and capable of handling dynamic business demands.

Skilled in leadership, motivation, and interpersonal relations.

Experience in root cause analysis and EHS risk management.

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of EHS leadership experience.

Willingness to travel as needed.
