Job Description

Responsibilities:

•  Manage all vendors according to business requirements.
•  Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle from Purchase Order creation to payment settlement in the SAP system.
•  Understand and apply GST and other finance-related compliance requirements.
•  Maintain MIS related to expenses for asset creation and management.
•  Assist the HSE team in organizing training events and campaigns related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
•  Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Negotiate effectively with both domestic and international vendors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in vendor management and financial compliance.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, good understanding of GST and finance compliance, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities.
