Job Description

Position: Operations Analyst / Site Service Engineer

Location: Leicester and surrounding area

As an Operations Analyst / Site Service Engineer, you’ll work with a team to ensure smooth daily operations at each site. Your responsibilities will include servicing, recommending changes, and ensuring performance aligns with customer needs and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Service and recommend changes to treatment systems, ensuring they meet customer needs.

Conduct Legionella sampling.

Identify opportunities for upgrades, including chemical dosing equipment, training, and analytical services.

Define and deliver service plans.

Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues.

Assist with projects from surveying to completion.

Follow safe chemical delivery and storage procedures.

Calibrate equipment and generate certificates.

Perform routine maintenance and operate dosing pumps.

Independently diagnose and address issues.

Qualifications:

Background in chemical analysis or service engineering.

Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent scientific qualification.

Valid UK driving licence.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
