Job Description

Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Renewable Gases. Location: Hybrid (Venray & Zwolle, Netherlands). Join ENGIE and lead the energy transition through innovation and sustainability! As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide critical insights into financial opportunities and risks, supporting strategic decision-making for the growth of renewable gases such as green hydrogen and biogas.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the Management Team on financial strategies and support the achievement of ENGIE’s sustainability goals.
• Manage the planning and control cycle, including forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Evaluate contracts, commercial proposals, and business cases for CAPEX investments and acquisitions.
• Analyze and report on financial performance to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize financial systems and processes for Renewable Gases.
• Collaborate with finance teams across international ENGIE units to share knowledge and align strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex financial results and forecasts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a technical environment and familiarity with SAP (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and a true team player.
