Job Title: Early-Career Environmental Engineer. Location: Blue Bell, PA | Lyndhurst, NJ | Pennington, NJ. Geosyntec seeks an Early-Career Environmental Engineer to join our contaminated site assessment & remediation team. This role offers an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to impactful projects while gaining valuable consulting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldwork, including soil, surface water, & groundwater sampling, drilling oversight, & remediation system operation.
• Evaluate chemical data & contaminant transport, well installations, aquifer tests, & groundwater monitoring.
• Perform environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance checks, & permitting.
• Analyze data, create technical maps, tables, & figures, and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Collaborate with project teams on remedy evaluations, cost estimations, and design implementations.

Fieldwork Requirement: Up to 100%
Overnight Travel: Up to 50%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering (required); advanced degree preferred.
• Prior internship experience in environmental consulting (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like ArcView, Microsoft Access, Modflow, or EVS (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license & ability to meet health & safety requirements for fieldwork.
