Global Operations Excellence Lead

Job Description

Job Title: Global Operations Excellence Lead. Location: Bengaluru, IND

Responsibilities:

  1. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes.
    • Establish maturity frameworks to standardize and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Identify innovative opportunities to improve value and efficiency.
  2. Automation & Technology Ownership:
    • Manage the integration of automation tools to optimize workflows.
    • Collaborate with IT for seamless technology implementation.
    • Align automation initiatives with business objectives to maximize benefits.
  3. Process Management & Governance:
    • Strengthen process management frameworks ensuring accountability.
    • Develop risk and controls frameworks to mitigate risks.
    • Establish governance models for effective reporting and tracking progress.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with Service Management and Center Leadership to align goals.
    • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions.
    • Act as a key point of contact for operational excellence initiatives.
  5. Outcome Delivery:
    • Ensure measurable improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain transparency in service delivery through governance mechanisms.
    • Align operations with organizational objectives to deliver value realization.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 15+ years in operational excellence or process improvement, preferably in GBS/BPO organizations.
    • Proven success in leading large-scale improvement and automation initiatives.
    • Experience in risk management and operational compliance.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence principles.
    • Proficiency in automation tools and technology-driven processes.
    • Leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
