Job Title: Graduate/Civil Engineer. Location: London, GB, W1W 8BF. Langan is seeking a Graduate/Civil Engineer to join its dynamic team in London. This role focuses on assisting with the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects, providing hands-on experience with various exciting initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and permitting civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents, including reports, specifications, and design plans using software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and others.
• Analyze soil composition, terrain, hydrology, and topography to inform project planning.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in site/civil design, including stormwater management and drainage.
• -amiliarity with relevant standards and design methods.
• Proactively pursuing Incorporated or Chartered membership with ICE.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical environments.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
