Job Description

Job Title: Head of Offshore Project Management – UK

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team of project directors & managers overseeing offshore wind projects.
• Ensure successful delivery of Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA).
• Develop & execute project management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional & global teams to build high-performing project teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain project alignment & compliance;
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, & risk management.
• Ensure all projects meet health, safety, & environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project management within Offshore Wind, Power Generation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, & stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of contract management, subcontractor coordination, & industry standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2);
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across international markets.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
• Fluency in English is essential.
