Job Opportunity: Head of Asset Management – Offshore Wind Assets (Germany)

Join us as the Head of Asset Management for our offshore wind assets in Germany, where you’ll lead operations for four, soon to be six, assets. In this leadership position, you'll handle complex commercial and contractual topics specific to the German market, manage a team of 6-8 commercial managers, and represent our organization in key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and lead the team of Commercial Managers for the German portfolio.

Opportunity Management: Use value-driven principles to optimize revenue, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.

Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with internal and external stakeholders on complex financial, regulatory, and commercial issues.

Cross-Portfolio Activities: Contribute to cross-portfolio optimization and German market-specific initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree: Completed degree in business, economics, law, or a similar field.

Experience: Proven leadership skills and commercial experience, ideally in offshore wind or utilities.

Performance Under Pressure: Ability to deliver high-quality results in dynamic and high-pressure environments.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders, with experience in partnership management.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
